Shipments are made via DHL.
As required by the laws governing trade, all shipments by Boutique Tricot S.R.L are accompanied by an official invoice stating the value of the individual items in Euros. For sale items the invoice will show the discounted amount.
Date of shipment
All orders are processed and shipped on business days from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
We would like to remind our new customers that Boutique Tricot S.R.L will ask Banca UNICREDIT to contact the customer's banking institution to approve payment, after which we can proceed to shipment. This verification may result in some delay in the shipment of your first order.
Available items: immediate shipment
We ship all around the world using DHL and all shipments are insured by boutique Tricot S.R.L against theft or damage. We ask that you immediately inspect shipments upon arrival and if you receive a parcel that is visibly damaged please do not accept it and leave it for the courier because once the shipment is considered accepted by its recipient its insurance loses validity.
Delivery costs, time and method
Delivery costs as well as VAT and any other taxes that may be due are borne by the customer and are clearly expressed while processing the order. With the exception of any customs clearance charges which are the sole responsibility of the customer, the customer should not be required to pay any more than the order total calculated at the end of the purchasing procedure.
Product delivery times are as follows:
- ITALY 1-2 days
- EUROPE 2-3 days
- USA and CANADA 3-5 days
- REST OF THE WORLD 4-8 days
from the date of payment if paid in advance or from the date of receipt of the order if paid by COD. Boutique Tricot S.R.L is not bound by these delivery times but, in any case, endeavour to fulfil the contract within 30 days from the above terms. Shipping times are in business days. We do not ship on holidays.
If making a purchase online, the customer has the option to pick up the item(s) in person during business hours at Viale Roma 77 - Chianciano Terme (SI) and Viale della Libertà 532 Chianciano Terme (SI). For more information you may contact the Customer Care department.
If, after placing an order, an item is backordered, other products in the same order may be shipped immediately. A partial delivery is considered valid and cannot be declined by the customer nor does a partial order authorize the customer to claim compensation beyond the price paid for the unavailable product(s) pursuant to article 3.7 of the general conditions of sale.
Boutique Tricot S. R. L fulfils its responsibility for the delivery of the products once they are consigned to the carrier for transport pursuant to the second paragraph of article 1510 of the Italian Civil Code. The delivery of products to the courier also constitutes identification within the meaning of article 1378 of the Civil Code, with the consequent transfer to the customer of the ownership of the products themselves and the risk of their loss.
Sales made to customers residing in the following States and EU countries are subject to a 22% VAT:
